Terms of use.
These terms cover this website. An engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site changes it.

Who publishes this site
This site is published by Delegate LLC, Westport, Connecticut. Contact: leocohen@testdelegate.com.
The site is informational
Everything here describes a product and how it works. None of it is an offer, a contract, a warranty, or advice of any kind: legal, regulatory, compliance, accounting, or otherwise. A DoubleCheck engagement is governed only by the written agreement signed by both parties, and where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.
Simulated material
Any worked example, sample memo, or portfolio shown on this site uses simulated data and is labeled as such. It describes no institution, engagement, or result.
No decisions are made here
DoubleCheck output is not a consumer report and Delegate is not a consumer reporting agency. Output contains no numeric scores and no dollar figures, and it makes no lending, credit, or eligibility decision. The institution retains sole decision authority over every account.
Do not send customer data
This site accepts no file uploads and the forms are for contact details and free text only. Do not submit customer data, account data, or any nonpublic personal information through this site. Anything sent to Delegate outside a signed agreement is treated as unsolicited and is deleted.
Content and marks
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Delegate LLC. Core banking system names appear only to describe file formats an institution can export; those names belong to their owners, and their appearance here is not a partnership, endorsement, or integration.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and may be changed or taken down at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law rules.
