About Delegate

Someone should be pointed at it.

When a synthetic identity finishes its run, the loss books as an ordinary credit charge-off. It never enters a fraud statistic, so no budget, no tool, and no person is ever pointed at it. Delegate exists to be the thing pointed at it.

The observation

The fraud is real. The category is wrong.

A synthetic is patient. It opens an account, funds it, spends a little, pays on time, and builds a file that looks like a member. Months or years later it draws the credit down and disappears. On the books that is a charge-off, filed next to real defaults and divorces and layoffs. The accounting is correct and the conclusion is wrong: a loss that was fraud gets counted as ordinary credit risk, and because it never becomes a fraud number, nobody is ever assigned to find the next one.

What we build

DoubleCheck, our first product.

DoubleCheck is a retrospective synthetic identity review. An institution runs it on its own de-identified core banking history, on premises. It replays each account against five cultivation-phase signals and returns a plain memo naming accounts pass, review, or fail with reason codes. No scores, no dollar figures, and the institution keeps every decision.

How we operate

Four principles we do not bend.

Data never enters our custody

The review runs on a machine the institution controls. Only the findings memo leaves. We built the product so we never hold member data.

No performance claims until it is earned

We publish no accuracy numbers until an engine has run on real institution data. The figures you see anywhere on this site are from simulated books, labeled as such.

If the signals miss, the report says so

A review is a measurement, not a sales demo. If the backtest is weak on a book, the memo reports that plainly. A pilot that finds little is a real result the institution keeps.

Output suggests, never decides

DoubleCheck returns a disposition and reason codes. It is not a consumer report and makes no lending or eligibility decision. A person at the institution decides what to do.

Tell us a little about your institution. The review is a retrospective audit on your real history, run on premises. You keep the findings regardless of what you decide next.

No member data in this form. We reply from a person, not a sequence.
